I stamped!!

Can you believe it?! Oh yes, this is the 1st stamped card for fun in AGES...I believe the last one I did was back in September; a whole 5 months ago. I had a blast making this card although I'm a tad bit rusty. And of course, I didn't go easy on myself by doing 2 challenges on this 1 card. I did yesterday's SCS Color Challenge #202 and today's SCS Sketch Challenge #212.

I hope you had a wonderful holiday season since I last left you. Let's see...Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, MLK Day. Boy oh boy, it's really been that long?! We had a blessed end of 2008. We went to most all of the FSU football games, celebrated my sweet baby girl's 1st birthday, took her to Disney World for the 1st time, and spent holidays with our families. I have been very busy chasing a toddler around and volunteering my time for local community service organizations. However, my volunteer commitment this year is a bit more than I usually do and while I love doing it...I'm in need of a little break for me.

Thanks to my stampin' friend, Becky, for motivating me today to drag myself into my stamping room to create a card today...after SO long! It was great and I hope I can make it a habit again because it's truly something I love doing! Thanks for looking and have a spectacular day!!
