Winner, winner...

Well, here it is...I'm super excited to share some pictures of my PaperCrafts Magazine Stamping Royalty 2011 prize pack goodness. I'm happy to announce that this has gotten me back into my craft room again, even with 2 kiddos to keep up with. Honestly, I couldn't tear into the box fast enough. I was like a kid on Christmas morning, ha :) I still smile from ear to ear when I think of having this wonderful opportunity of being selected as a winner for such a prestigious contest! To see the other 2011 contest winners and to enjoy some "royal" fun, check out the original post from P. Kelly Smith, PaperCrafts online editor.

I also received a nifty tote bag personalized with my name and yes, my very own tiara. Funny thing is I let my 3 year old daughter open the box with me as soon as it arrived and she thought the tiara was for her. Of course, she had a sad, sad look on her face when I told her it was actually for mommy. But, don't worry, she has plenty of her own. And before I knew it she ran off to get one of them to put on while I tried mine on for size. We also did a princess dance and twirl around the room. Yes, it was her idea and I must admit it was actually a nice change of pace to stop and dance along side of her. We giggled and laughed, fun times indeed!!

Here is a card that I made using a couple of the new goodies I received:

Stamps: Half Pint Heroes by Waltzingmouse Stamps
Paper: Early Espresso, Pumpkin Pie, Whisper White & Sunny Garden DS (all Stampin' Up)
Ink: Brillance Dew Drop in Pearlescent Poppy
Accessories: SU Pumpkin Pie striped grosgrain ribbon (retired, but one of my all time favs), SU modern label punch & 1/2" circle punch. Also used Stampin' Dimensionals on the sentiment and to pop up the circles I punched out of the DS paper.

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you have a fabulous week. Stay cool because it's ridiculously hot here in Florida, whew.
