As I was wandering around the store, I discovered these dew drop like pebbles in the floral section. Not only were they close to what I was looking for, they were on clearance for $2 a bag...I picked up 4 bags in Pink, Teal, Certainly Celery-like Green, and Clear. What'd ya think??

Then, I started searching for baby shower favors for a friend's baby shower next weekend. While I was in the bridal/baby decorations aisle, I walked by these adorable mini paintcans filled with shimmery (think shimmery white) table confetti in 5-point flower shapes (like the SU punch, just a tad smaller). Apparently, Bride's Magazine has a new bridal invitation, favor, and decoration line at Michaels. They came in White, Vanilla, Pink, and Blue. I got one can in White and one can in Pink. Even better, they were on sale for 25% off...so they came out to about $3.50 a can!!

So, as soon as I came home I was itching to use some of my new toys! The swap group I'm in, Great Swaps Girls, is hosting a Featured Swapper Challenge...so that's what I decided to do :) This week's Featured Swapper is Denise Hinton. I made my card using this card Denise made.

I used the same layout and changed the stamp set and colors. I also used a rectangle Antique Brass HPH piece instead of the oval Pewter piece.
Stamps: Baroque Motifs, Fundamental Phrases
Paper: Chocolate Chip, Certainly Celery, Shimmery White
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Certainly Celery
Accessories: 1/4" Certainly Celery Grosgrain Ribbon, 5/8" Chocolate Chip Grosgrain Ribbon, Antique Brass HPH, White Shimmery Flower (see above), and Dew Drops (see above)
Thanks for stopping by!

OMG Stephanie, I am SO JEALOUS of your find! Lisa sent me some of those dew drops for my birthday last month and I am so in love with them- they are easy to use and just look stunning! You lucky dog to have found such a great deal- and they look beautiful just spilled over the counter like that, but in those jars- WOW!! They will look awesome just displayed on the shelf. And the flowers- you really did luck out. It looks like they are slightly embossed too- great finds!
