Baby Announcements

Well, here it is...our baby announcements. Because we're not finding out what we're having, I decided to go with something neutral so I could work on them before the baby arrives. I'll add a few little touches once the baby is born...like the 1-1/4" circle medallion on the front. It will either be in Cameo Coral if it's a girl and Brocade Blue if it's a boy. That's something that's easy enough for the the husband to do, plus I've already stamped and punched out the inner 'Sweet Heart' 1" circles. I'll also write in all of the baby's details in either Cameo Coral or Brocade Blue. I'm almost all done with them - still need to do a few final touches and they'll be good to go!

This is a joy fold card (see Beate's tutorial here) so when you open it up, you'll have 3 surfaces - left, center, and right. This is what will be on the left panel...the cute saying from Bundled in Love (I'm almost certain that I got this set just for this stamp!):

And the right panel will have the Baby's Details:

In the center, I'll put a picture or two of the baby. Here are the rest of the details:

Stamps: Bundles of Joy, Bundled in Love, Holidays & Wishes

Paper: Close to Cocoa, Apricot Appeal, Certainly Celery, Certainly Celery Designer Series, Shimmery White, Cameo Coral OR Brocade Blue

Ink: Apricot Appeal, Chocolate Chip

Accessories: 1" and 1-1/4" Circle Punches, AquaPainter, Stampin' Dimensionals, May Arts Ribbon

Hope you have a wonderful and relaxing holiday weekend!
